Our story
Two hands, one branch,

and a very hot oven.
AGATA opened in 2020 on Triq Karrijiet, a few steps from the walls of Mdina. The name sits under two open hands and an olive branch — the way we think food should arrive at a table: offered, not served.
The dough is proved slowly and fired to order. The mortadella, the pistachio, the guanciale and the pecorino come from where they should. Everything else we make ourselves, every day, for eat–in and take–away alike.
